This package will be used in gas sweetening units. A part of circulating Amine in the gas sweetening cycle after regeneration and before re-entering the acid gas absorption cycle enters the filtration package in order to separate solid particles (up to 10 microns) and hydrocarbons as well as separating the Amine degradation products, and then returns back to the sweetening cycle. Due to the environmental pollution, complicated operability, solid waste generation, high supply cost and overseas dependency which are disadvantages of usual pre-coating filters, this part has been eliminated in the improved amine filtration package. Backwash of this system is convenient without opening the filter casing and it will be back into service in a short time with a long service life.
