Molten sulfur produced in Claus Sulfur Recovery Units has a larger amount of dissolved H₂S, which cause subsequence risks such as corrosion, creating an explosive area in molten sulfur storage tanks, etc. By changing the pressure condition, aeration and passing through a system with high efficiency of air and Sulfur contact, the H₂S concentration will be reduced and reached to an acceptable level in industrial scale.
